    SOUND & BREATHWORK

    Using rhythm, breath, meditation, and play to foster deeper connections, Caleb has led workshops for teams at major organizations like Google, LinkedIn, Hinge.

    As an artist, he's performed with Oprah Winfrey and Lenny Kravitz's Foundation. Caleb works at the intersection of music and mental health, composing for Spiritune—a music therapy app—and contributing to psychedelic therapy soundscapes.

    Through his travels, he studies rhythm, community, and play, sharing impactful stories through his documentary series, Rhythm of Happiness.

    Having experienced personally the potential + impact of sound and vibration as a modality that can offer contemplative awareness, inner exploration, and potent reminders of our interconnectedness, George offers sound meditations across New York City.

    He has learned from sound luminaries Alexandre Tannous, David Shemesh and Christiane Karam; the works of Sufi mystic Hazrat Inayat Khan; is immersed in a life long education through the power of sound + breath and believes deeply that our collective liberation begins with the vibration of each individual’s voice.

    Hannah blends earth-based wisdom, Jewish traditions, and ancient healing practices, informed by her studies in Andean cosmology and teachings from global wisdom keepers to help people reconnect with their body's wisdom

    Having overcome burnout, anxiety, and PTSD, Hannah understands the power of reconnecting with breath, body, and intuition.     With 5+ years of teaching experience, Becca creates transformative yoga experiences that blend musical structure with bodily freedom, guiding students into flow states.

    Daniel Santiago is a versatile freelance dancer and choreographer in New York City.

    A 2019 Pace University graduate with a BFA in Commercial Dance, he's currently studying at the Institute of Core Energetics, focusing on the connection between somatic psychology and movement. Daniel explores how the body holds emotional patterns and integrates this understanding into his creative process, creating safe environments on set and in teaching spaces.

    Self-taught on drums since age 14, Samer has played, recorded, and toured the US and Europe with groups including Dave Harrington Group, Matthew Dear, and Angel Deradoorian.

    Since 2018, Samer has trained in sound healing, working with leading teachers from Sage Academy of Sound Energy, 9Ways Academia, and Biosonics. With basic training in Reiki and shamanic energy healing, he explores effective and safe positive transformational experiences through acoustics.

    Over the past 15 years, Kaileigh has dedicated her life to exploring the broader world of human wellness. As a licensed behavior analyst, she has worked with hundreds of clients, integrating evidence-based behavioral science with holistic, person-centered care. She has completed yoga and Pilates teacher trainings, led international retreats and workshops, and immersed herself in modalities such as breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki. Through these experiences, she founded Anūpath, a space where ancient wisdom meets modern techniques, supporting individuals in finding healing, transformation, and community.

    Natalia is a NYC-based movement and breath teacher with a diverse background in yoga, strength + conditioning, breathwork, and somatic practices. A 500-hour certified yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, Natalia is also a personal trainer and is training with Somatic Experiencing International.
