Six years ago, I thought therapy was bullshit. I was working 24/7- exhausted, and feeling disconnected. My anger (let’s be real… rage) kept rearing its head. I was stressed out, stuck repeating the same patterns over and over again. I realized I needed a change. I knew I had to dive inward, meet my true self, and face both the light and the shadows that were driving me. I had to feel the feelings I’d been avoiding.

Over the years since then I’ve been fortunate to have experiences that have completely transformed my life. I’ve had moments of deep release, clarity and connection I never knew were possible. Along the way I’ve met incredible teachers who have devoted their lives to this work, guiding others home to their true selves. They brought me joy and showed me new perspectives.

This work, these therapies, have brought me into greater harmony with myself. I’ve found more capacity to fully engage with my life. I’m more present at work and at home. I have more patience and find more joy in each day.

So I decided to build a beautiful space (with a killer sound system of course) for this work to be shared with the community. SAMADHI is designed for somatic healing processes- anything that helps you get out of your mind and into your body. There is so much to be learned when we turn down the volume on our thoughts and let our bodies speak to us.

I hope you find the practices we offer as transformative as I do. I hope that you let your curiosity convince you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.
